Media Training, On-Camera Coaching, & Crisis Management

Knowing what to say and how to say it, especially during difficult times, is a critical part of any communications strategy.

In our Mastering the Media courses, you'll learn how to prepare for interviews, overcome nervousness, know what to say and what not to say, deliver nonverbal messages and contain hostile situations.

Taught by Bob Courtney, who has been on both sides of the camera as a journalist and a high-ranking public official and John Camp, former CNN Investigative news chief, holder of a record five Peabody Awards.
